Information

Turnaround time:
- 7-10 working days after your order is approved. Mimimums:
- The minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces.
- There is no minimum for embroidery and digital heat transfers, but there may be setup fees or artwork fees on new orders.
- There is a $40 minimum on all orders regardless of quantity.

Artwork Fees:
- Artwork fee is $50 per hour.
- Digitizing fee $50 per hour

Provided Product Policy

We are not responsible for any customer provided items. There are no guarantees for production errors or damage. It is at the customers discretion on value of product provided. We are only responsible for returning any deposits or full amount paid at time of purchase if customer is unsatisfied with quality, and/or errors in decoration only. We strongly advise purchasing products directly from JNL Creations to ensure best results. There are many factors that insure proper printing and embroidery methods and this cannot be guaranteed when providing unsatisfactory items that cannot withstand the production process.

 

Gaurantee of Satisfaction

JNL Creations stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. JNL Creations products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. JNL Creations takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer. Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images. Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process. Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, JNL Creations does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

 

Limit of JNL Creations Responsibility

JNL Creations is only responsible for acting on those instructions sent to JNL Creations that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. JNL Creations is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. JNL Creations is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.
